Danielle Black, operating with the instruction of medical director Dr. Carlos Falcon, is an esteemed registered nurse residing in Wapello, IA, specializing in skin care treatments to help you look fresh and feel more confident. With her extensive education and experience, Danielle is recognized as an expert in her field. She is known for delivering exceptional patient care with a compassionate bedside manner. Danielle and Dr. Falcon's primary focus at Glow Aesthetics + Wellness is on patient-centered care, catering to each individual's unique health and cosmetic objectives. The clinic utilizes advanced technologies and innovative approaches to achieve this mission.
Danielle firmly believes that everyone deserves to look and feel beautiful so she is dedicated to providing top-notch skin care and wellness services. The ultimate goal is to make every client feel like they are glowing and empower them to be their best selves. With a decade of experience as a level-one trauma nurse, Danielle understands the importance of creating a non-judgemental, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for her clients.
Dr. Falcon graduated in 1991 from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He trained in emergency medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. After completing 8 years active duty in the Army, he continued practicing emergency medicine in Burlington, Iowa. He has turned his expertise and passion into medical esthetics. In 2020 he became the medical director of Glow. In addition to Glow he now covers 2 more clinics in Iowa. He is trained in injectable aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss therapeutics, laser treatments, HIFEM and RF transcutaneous methods and RF micro-needling.
Some of you may have met our Office Manager Cathy over the past few months, but let us officially introduce her to our Glow family! Cathy grew up and graduated from Winfield. She married her husband Greg in 1981 and moved to Wapello. She has two sons and 4 grandchildren. Her experience includes managing an oncology clinic for 20+ years until two years ago when she retired. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending summers on the river, walking her Jack Russell, and occasionally attempting to play a little golf. Her and her husband winter in Florida spending a lot of time at the pool and trying to get to the beach. Cathy loves conversing with people and making new friends. Cathy says "I am ecstatic to work for Danielle. I am excited to begin and learn this new chapter in my life and look forward to meeting and seeing all of you!" We love having Cathy's energy and help up front and will miss her dearly when she's in Florida!
Meet Jenna Kuntz, our office manager at Glow Aesthetics + Wellness. With a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Iowa, Jenna oversees the office operations along with helping design marketing materials and creating promotional gear. Her true passion is event planning, though, as she led the planning of our open house this past spring. One fun fact: Jenna was Danielle's wedding planner, too! Jenna has quickly developed a love and interest for aesthetics, learning the value of great skincare. Her favorite thing about working at Glow Aesthetics + Wellness is being part of a passionate team that always puts clients first. Jenna is married to Bryan, her high school sweetheart, and is mom to Macey (14), Ellasyn (11) and Bryant (7). In her downtime, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and working on home projects.
Ashley Ramer-Loveless joined us in the beginning of 2024 and brought with her a diverse background in public relations, project management, business ownership, and program coordination. She has a genuine passion for helping her community through volunteering, which she does for several organizations, at her kid’s school and through being Chair of the Fruitland Parks and Rec Board. If you see Ashley outside of the office, it will most likely be in the stands of a sporting event, cheering on her favorite little humans. Ashley has been married for 13 years to Jason and together they have a son, Keegan, and their daughter, Hanley J. She is also a Glam-ma to 3 adorable kiddos, Piercen, Boone & Willow and is very active in their lives. Fun fact: Ashley is the youngest of 15 children!
Ashley is most excited to be surrounded by a positive environment daily at Glow and looks forward to sharing some of her favorite products and services with clients every day. She feels that she can use her passion for helping others to inspire our clients to find what makes them glow.
